My shoulder was better after some yoga.
Made it to camp! The last 30-40 miles we had bruttal headwinds. I haven’t experienced anything like it before. We were going down some serious hills and we were being tossed around left and right.

12 hours later I arrived in to camp.
Got my shoulder worked on and feeling better.
I’m half way home!
It would be amazing to see some familiar faces and get some humongous tight hugs from friends when we arrive in Los Angeles.
